On April 1st 2026 the store launched and two products were put in the spotlight. Though the date wasn’t specifically picked for any reason I do recall when the magazines, Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM) and Official U.S. PlayStation Magazine initially showcased Kingdom Hearts a lot of people thought it was an April Fool’s joke. I was amazed when I remembered that and thought there was no better time to have launched Across Worlds and made the two iconic scents available to the public.
it’s always been a dream of mine and of hardcore fans to be able to taste or smell or even just hold a paopu fruit and our very own sea salt icecream. For now we will just have to make do with what they would smell like! I’m in love with my finalized batch of both scents. The paopu fruit perfume uses a cocunut oil base carrier oil and is a blend of fruit, light white musk and island scents. The fruity notes focus on the juiciness of a peach with peach nectar notes, light refreshing scent of sparkling pear and the richness of buttercream, marshmallow, and vanilla essences make it comfy and sweet.
the sea salt icecream is no different - the dessert smells creamy with vanilla, marshmallow and a light white musk as well but there’s an airy ocean breeze and sea salt mineral freshness layered over. I don’t know if many of you have sat at home and really poured over a list of recipes to make sea salt ice cream popsicles for yourself but I feel I pretty much nailed all the key points. Cream, vanilla, salt - except there are no added dyes!
